As long as you have a little patience, a little time and a little bit of an open mind, the possibilities are endless. The more you do it, the better educated you become. We have provided travel tips that we feel are pretty useful for the avid traveler. Most of these tips were acquired through trial and error, and more error. We made mistakes, got lost and learned what to do and what not to do. I now proudly share these tips with you.
Where, When and What?

When trying to plan a vacation it’s usually quite challenging when traveling with other people. One person likes the beach, the other likes the wine country and historical landmarks, etc. How are you going to fit it all in? Especially when going overseas, you can’t just take a quick getaway, you need more than a week or so just to make a dent! Since getting overseas can be time consuming and somewhat costly, you need to fit in as much as possible to please everyone, while still having some leisure time to relax.
I’m sure your next question is, “Sure, this sounds great, but it’s easier said than done.” Not necessarily.
Planes, Trains and Automobiles

When planning the arrival at your destination, the question that should come to mind is how? It is important to know how you are going to travel from Point A to Point B. It all comes down to 3 main factors; cost, convenience and time. Whether it be by air, train, car, or a combination, be sure to plan what factor(s) are most important to you and your traveling partners.
Resting Your Head

When planning your trip one of the most important tasks is to find a place to stay. In this segment, we will discuss the differences between hotels and home shares (i.e. Airbnb, Homeaway) and when you should choose one over the other. Some people like to stick to what they know and others are more likely to stray from the norm. Both are great ways to experience a travel adventure and there is no right or wrong here. We found that a combination of both seems to balance the trip out.
